Customers may cancel free of charge before a driver has been assigned.

Cancellation Charges

Charges may apply if:

  • The driver has already been assigned.
  • The driver has reached the pickup location.
  • The customer fails to respond or is unavailable.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed transaction
  • Booking cancelled due to driver unavailability
  • Service not delivered

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
