Customers may cancel free of charge before a driver has been assigned.
Cancellation Charges
Charges may apply if:
- The driver has already been assigned.
- The driver has reached the pickup location.
- The customer fails to respond or is unavailable.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided in cases such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Failed transaction
- Booking cancelled due to driver unavailability
- Service not delivered
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.
