EasyCallDriver provides professional acting driver services for local trips, outstation travel, airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, events, and other transportation needs.

Booking

• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
• Bookings are confirmed only after acceptance by EasyCallDriver or an assigned driver.
• Service availability depends on driver availability.

Payments

• Payments can be made through Razorpay or other supported payment methods.
• Platform service charges or convenience fees may apply.
• All charges will be displayed before payment.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide a roadworthy and legally compliant vehicle.
• Ensure valid insurance, registration certificate (RC), Pollution Under Control (PUC), and any other legally required documents are available.
• Treat drivers respectfully.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must:

• Hold a valid Driving Licence.
• Follow all traffic laws.
• Drive responsibly and professionally.
• Respect customer privacy.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking stage. Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

EasyCallDriver is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control. See also our Disclaimer.

• The concerned driver alone shall be fully responsible for any issues arising during the journey due to the driver’s negligence, violation of traffic rules, or unlawful acts.
• Easy Call Drivers operates solely as a driver booking platform. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the driver’s personal acts or negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
